By accessing and using EventBook ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Platform
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Event Bookings and Payments

When booking events through EventBook:

• All ticket prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking
• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital wallets
• Once confirmed, bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific event
• Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission

4. Event Host Responsibilities

If you are hosting events through our Platform:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all event information
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for the safety and security of event attendees
• You must honor all tickets sold through the Platform
• You agree to our commission structure and payment terms

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by event. Generally:

• Event organizers set their own cancellation policies
• Refunds are issued according to the event's specific policy
• Service fees are non-refundable in most cases
• If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund
• If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EventBook or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

EventBook acts as an intermediary between event organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of events listed
• The accuracy of event information provided by organizers
• Any injuries, losses, or damages incurred at events
• Organizers' failure to honor tickets or provide refunds

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
